Product Introduction
The GHA360 is a three-axis Ethernet high-frequency vibration sensor with synchronized transient acceleration acquisition on X/Y/Z axes. It delivers a maximum single-axis response up to DC–10 kHz and covers typical fault frequency bands of rotating industrial machinery (gear mesh, bearing characteristic frequencies, blade pass frequency). The sensor integrates a 20-bit high-resolution ADC with sensitivity down to 0.095 mg/LSB and low-noise performance (35µg/√Hz), ensuring accurate time-domain waveform capture even in high background noise. Standard 10/100 Mbps Ethernet enables direct raw waveform packet push to upper-level servers without intermediate gateways, supporting low-latency end-to-end transmission. The decentralized design fits online condition monitoring and lifecycle health quantification of motors, pumps, fans, reducers and gearboxes for predictive maintenance.
