SS6000 Series Bearing Force Load Cells are machined from stainless steel having cylindrical ends to help mount bearings directly to the load cells. These strain gauge based shear force sensing load cells are shock and corrosion proof bearing maximum resistance to overload. It has a high capacity for carrying transverse loads (100% of the rated capacity) without damage. The effects of temperature on the zero output and sensitivity are highly compensated as its equipped with quality bonded strain gauges as the primary transduction element. Suited best for use in web tension measurement and the control of winding machinery.
