Overview
The TOC-4200 is a high-performance online Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzer using 680°C catalyst‑aided combustion oxidation. Designed for continuous monitoring across diverse industrial and environmental sample types, it is suitable for waters with high salt content, suspended solids or complex organics.

• Monitoring TOC removal rates to support regulatory compliance (e.g. US EPA frameworks) when a 2‑stream or multi‑stream switching option is installed.
• Total pollutant load control including automatic TOC→COD conversion for COD load calculations (conversion function standard).
• Wastewater treatment plant influent and effluent monitoring with short measuring cycles (minimum 4 minutes) and the ability to switch between up to six flow lines for detailed plant diagnostics.
• River and treated (tap) water monitoring to detect quality changes due to rainfall or upstream events; supports simultaneous monitoring of treated water.

The TOC-4200 holds MCERTS accreditation (certificate MC160311/00) for continuous water monitoring. Certified TOC ranges include 0–100, 0–500, 0–1000 and 0–10,000 mg/L. Field testing demonstrated 100% availability over a three‑month period, confirming suitability for long‑term online operation. Catalytic combustion technology provides reliable oxidation performance for samples with salts, particulates or hard‑to‑oxidize organics.
