Overview
The Skip Manual is a semi-automatic sheeting system designed to cover containers on skiploaders and drawbar trailers. Operation is carried out from ground level: the operator raises the tower, guides the tarp over the bin using a rope and secures it with an extendable hook. The tarp is actuated either by remote control or via a spring-loaded rollerbar.

Construction and finish
Shur-Co® painted steelwork follows a six-point paint process to maximise durability and colour retention. Components are adhesive-stripped, shot-blasted and degreased, then primed with a zinc-rich primer and a barrier protective primer before receiving a final coating that meets GSB standard and Qualicoat Class 1.

Securing devices are engineered for rapid and safe tarpaulin fastening from ground level to support compliance with applicable health and safety regulations and to reduce operator exposure to risk.
