Overview
The Smart Cover is an electric sheeting system for skiploaders. The operator covers the full range of skip bins at the press of a button, allowing loads to be secured from ground level quickly and safely. The system is compatible with a range of heavy-duty mesh tarps, including MightyMesh™.

Construction and finish
Shur-Co® painted steelwork undergoes a six-point paint process: components are adhesive stripped, shot blasted, degreased, coated with a zinc-rich primer and a barrier protective primer, and finished to meet GSB standard, Qualicoat Class 1. Arm tube is MAGMA flow coated to improve appearance and longevity.
