Overview
The Xcalibur is a hydraulic sheeting system designed for skiploaders to provide full-range coverage of skip bins. The mechanism is operated from ground level, allowing a single operator to deploy and recover the tarp quickly and safely. A spring-loaded rollerbar extends and retracts the tarp to minimise wear and sheet damage during operation.

Materials and finish
Shur-Co® painted steelwork is prepared through a multi-stage process for durability and colour retention. Treatment includes adhesive stripping, shot blasting, degreasing, application of a zinc-rich primer and a barrier primer, followed by a topcoat meeting GSB standard and Qualicoat Class 1 requirements.

All securing and operating devices are designed for safe ground-level use and comply with current health and safety legislation, reducing manual handling and exposure to working-at-height risks.
