The EZ-BOX 20 sets a new standard for performance and innovation in SIAT's range of advanced packaging solutions. This automatic case erector, developed in collaboration with Combi and SIAT, is engineered for high efficiency, reliability and seamless integration into packaging lines. EZ-BOX 20 is available in two versions: Standard (Box Max 600 x 400 x 450 mm) and Tall (Box Max 600 x 380 x 600 mm).

What is an EZ-BOX case erector?
The EZ-BOX line converts flat case blanks into perfectly square, sealed boxes with precision. It addresses manual forming issues (improper sealing, misaligned corners), maximizes throughput, reduces waste and lowers labor costs while delivering consistent case quality.

When to invest
Recommended when manual forming produces more than 100 cases/hour or when scaling operations requires consistent case quality, reduced transport damage and improved stacking efficiency. The EZ-BOX line provides rapid ROI by ensuring stable, square cases.
