We build resin coating systems with an innovative approach for resin windings. The innovation lies in the fact that the winding enters the autoclave where all the cycles are performed: winding preheating, vacuum casting, and polymerization. A complete cycle is completed in 6 hours. The innovation consists of performing all the processing cycles in the autoclave, including coil preheating, vacuum, casting, and polymerization. Reason why a cycle can be completed in just 6 hours - The turbo-mixers are able to degas the resin in a very short time thanks to the particular technique adopted (see the drawing): an anchor-shaped mixer rotates in a circular motion, while a high-speed screw generates the upward movement of the resin.
