We build resin coating systems with an innovative approach for resin windings. The innovation lies in the fact that the winding enters the autoclave where all the cycles are performed: winding preheating, vacuum casting, and polymerization. A complete cycle is completed in 6 hours. The innovation consists of performing all the processing cycles in the autoclave, including coil preheating, vacuum, casting, and polymerization.
Reason why a cycle can be completed in just 6 hours

The turbo-mixers are able to degas the resin in a very short time thanks to the particular technique adopted (see the drawing): an anchor-shaped mixer rotates in a circular motion, while a high-speed screw generates the upward movement of the resin.

For superior quality

Autoclave-oven with an overpressure of 3 bar

Preheating, vacuum casting, and polymerization processes performed in a single autoclave
A 3 BAR overpressure is applied at the end of the casting process to facilitate the drastic reduction of even the smallest air bubbles trapped during the casting process. This further reduces the presence of partial discharges in the coils. The 3 BAR overpressure requires special autoclaves.
A perfect solution for new plants and for the renovation of existing ones
