Overview
Fast automatic circular saw for precise cutting of tubes, solid bars and profiles. Designed for industrial production with automated clamping, positioning and configurable unloading in three directions. Suitable for continuous operation and line integration.

• Automatic circular saw with stated tolerance ±0.1 mm (plus blade deviation) and additional accuracy note ±0.15 mm.
• 45° inclined cutting head driven by a servomotor on prismatic guides for stability and precision.
• Material clamped and positioned via ball screw with quick-change prismatic jaws.
• Up to 10 programmable cutting lengths managed autonomously to optimise throughput.
• Unloading configurable in three directions: front, rear and scrap; multiposition unloader options available.
• 7.5 kW blade motor, integrated chipper and lubrication system for intensive use.

• Processes round tubes, closed profiles and solid bars.
• Duplicable/extendable feed to reach up to 3000 mm by repeating the clamping cycle.
