Overview
Producing stirrups for rebar requires precision in every detail: angles, curves and lengths must be consistent to ensure correct assembly on site. For intensive production automatic stirrup benders are preferred, but for intermittent needs the Unique 2 in 1 accessory converts standard bending machines into efficient stirrup production tools while preserving high precision.

Function and use
Unique 2 in 1 is an accessory that enables simultaneous production of multiple stirrups (up to Ø14 mm) on standard bending machines. It combines a stirrup bending tool with a rod fitted with adjustable paddles. The kit mounts on the machine carriages and the central plate using the supplied pins. The stirrup bending tool clamps the bars during bending while the paddles on the rod set the stirrup side lengths. The dedicated bending pin ensures a constant bending radius of 11 mm to deliver consistent, high-quality stirrups even in non-continuous production contexts and on construction sites.
