Wire belt blast machines can be used very flexibly. The fact that the workpieces can be blasted simultaneously from above and below considerably expands the range of workpieces that can be processed. Wire belt blast machines are used, for example, for deburring, descaling and cleaning cast and laser-cut parts. We are often asked whether the wire belt leaves a shadow on the workpiece surfaces. We have developed ways of at least largely avoiding this. These machines can be optimally integrated into a flow production system. We offer a range of turnover devices for emptying the workpieces. Our standard program for wire belt blast machines includes throughput widths from 600 mm to 1600 mm.
