The troughed belt principle is an effective blasting process for descaling, derusting and deburring robust mass-produced parts. As the workpieces are processed together in batch operation, they must be able to withstand this process undamaged. The workpieces to be blasted are circulated by the continuous rubber trough belt and exposed to the blast stream for the entire blasting time. The rubber trough belt ensures relatively gentle circulation. Very small parts can also be blasted by maintaining small gap dimensions. Alternatively, we are also happy to use barrel blasting systems.
The machine can be filled and emptied in different ways: In automatic mode with loading and unloading unit; in semi-automatic mode, filling can be carried out manually, using lifting gear, or emptying can be carried out directly into the customer’s containers.
For continuous production, we offer concepts with several interlinked machines.
Rubber belt tumble shot blast machines Product programme
Our standard range for troughed belt blast machines (MG) includes a filling volume of 90 litres to 550 litres.
The machine selection depends on the volume and weight of the batch to be blasted. The workpiece parameters to be blasted, such as geometry, material and temperature of the workpieces, must also be taken into account.
