Sinto AGTOS: Expertise in centrifugal wheel blasting technology.

The current mechanical engineering company Sinto AGTOS GmbH was founded in Emsdetten in 2001. It now employs over 160 people at two locations. The company's headquarters in Emsdetten is responsible for concept development and the design of centrifugal wheel blasting systems. Production is located in Konin, Poland, near Poznan. This location has been significantly expanded. Both locations joined the Japanese Sinto Group in December 2024.

The company's constant focus on customer requirements has resulted in it being recognised nationally and internationally as a specialist in the design and manufacture of wheel blast machines for roughening, cleaning, derusting, descaling and strengthening. Customers on all five continents therefore work with AGTOS blast machines.

From the processing of millimetre-sized chain parts to steel structures the size of overseas containers, there are virtually no limits to the usability and size of Sinto AGTOS blasting machines. The automotive and automotive supply industry, foundries, forges, steel traders, the fastener industry and mechanical engineering are among the most important customer groups. Both small and medium-sized companies as well as large corporations operate shot blasting machines from Sinto AGTOS.

AGTOS also offers high-quality used blasting systems. This is advantageous for companies that need a blasting system at very short notice or only use it temporarily.

Service plays a major role. Important spare and wear parts are always in stock. In addition, maintenance, repair and modernisation work is always carried out by experienced specialists.
