Wired temperature sensors potentially enable simple operation and precise measurements. In some applications, however, they are rather impractical, e.g. at remote or difficult to access measuring points or for short-term measurement setups. Our WT-01 wireless temperature sensors offer an ideal solution by forming a sensor network with up to 15 measuring points with a typical battery life of approx. one month. The WT-01 wireless temperature sensor can be connected to any Pt100 temperature sensor with a 3 mm connection cable. As a standard solution, we offer three different Pt100 designs with cable lengths of 1 m (material sensor) and 1.5 m (air sensor). Customized lengths are available on request. The wireless temperature sensor WT-01 requires a corresponding base station, which is integrated in the environmental module UW-34, the climate measuring station LCS-01 and the sensor box SB-36.
