Since 1978, we have been a leading manufacturer in the steel forging industry, headquartered in Izmir, Turkey.
We see ourselves as your reliable partner in toolmaking, forging, machining, heat treatment, and assembly.
Using state-of-the-art technologies such as DEFORM-3D simulation, we produce forged parts ranging from 0.5 to 400 kilograms.
 
Our dies are manufactured in-house with precision using CAD/CAM software.
Following the forging process, advanced atmosphere-controlled furnaces and specialized heat treatments – including normalizing,
quenching and tempering, annealing, isothermal annealing, and controlled cooling – ensure the desired hardness, microstructure, and mechanical properties of our products.
 
We further enhance surface quality through sandblasting.
For machining, we rely on CNC machining centers and lathes – all within our own production facilities.
In addition to our certifications according to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949, we are proud to be a certified supplier to Deutsche Bahn.
For crack detection in accordance with EN10228 and 100% inspection procedures, we employ magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing equipment.
