Heat Treatment process is carried out by normalized stressed relieved with controlled cooling systems. These processes offer necessary specifications which our customers request. Sistas plans each part by the request of its customers and makes sure to fix the slightest changes on them. In house capability of heat treatment in Sistas creates a stable hardness on the forged part with balancing process. Watering process decreseas the error tolerance, hardness percentage and increases the expansion.
