The machine is equipped with automatic controls for different methods with constant temperature. It has steady cooling procedure and the cooling speed and direction can be changed according to requirement. The apparatus has very short cycle time with high pressure and productive normal heating at low temperature. we can supply load in both vertical and horizontal manner. It has charging weight from 50kg to 3000kg with an operating temperature ±5 oC to ±3 oC. The type of gas quenched are nitrogen, argon, helium and hydrogen. It is easy to control with a computer.
