Description

This lineup of vacuum nitriding furnaces serve well as a vacuum nitriding or a vacuum nitro carburizing for mold, die, mechanical drive medium, shaft, gear and other superior precision components, It features a retort crafted from stainless steel and vacuum purges a maximum of 5 x 10 bars. Adding to this, the reactive atmosphere is suitable for thermo chemical processes such as black oxiding, gas nitriding or nitro carburizing. The class leading interior convection provides enhanced heat transfer and the uniformity of the temperature is much better thna ±2 oC. The machine offers automatic control for a varied range of recipes. The nitriding process is a chemical reaction and is its result is determined by the pressure of the furnace, nitrogen and time etc, temperature and ingredients. In previous years, nitrogen control used the indirect technique of measuring the decomposition of ammonia rate, which have preservation of minimal automatization and hysteresis, but today Sistem Teknik vacuum nitriding furnaces are able to provide a solution to the issue by importing the H2 sensor from German Stange Company to calculate the gas.
