For use in progressive lubrication systems
SKF Lincoln Compact lubrication pumps (CLP) in the control variant Touch have an integrated control board with data-logging functionality. The intuitive touch display makes it easy to set pump parameters, guiding the user through the settings. The panel provides full-text messages in multiple languages for pump or system failures, and users can monitor the operational status with visual red/green indicators.
An integrated datalogger logs performance and failures, helping users check lubrication and plan the next refill with prewarning signals and remaining time indications.
The touch display is protected against dirt and unauthorized settings.
The Lincoln Compact lubrication pump series (CLP) in the control variant Touch offers need-based lubrication with three operation modes (time, counter, and progressive cycle controlled).
The Compact Lubrication Progressive (CLP) System “7314-50000139” is certified by Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA for use in cleanrooms, meeting Air Cleanliness Class 4 specifications according to ISO 14644-1.
