PW3S multi-blade dampers with opposed blade action are used for air flow regulation and shut-off function in rectangular ventilation ducts. To be installed in air handling units, in walls or in ventilation ducts. Operating temperature: -20°C do +90°C, (+50°C in version with an actuator). The damper casing and the blades are made of galvanized steel sheet or of stainless steel sheet 1.4301 (acc. to EN 10088). The blades are equipped with rubber seals (EPDM). The seal inserts and the drive parts are made of plastic. The damper provides a C3 class acc. to EN 1751: class 3 for the partition leakage and class C for the casing leakage, the highest possible one. Special sealing inserts mounted on the ends of the blades guarantee high tightness of the partition, and side seals – of the entire housing. The individual blades are driven by a system of plastic levers and steel tendons in a counter-rotating system. The blades are supported by plastic sliding bearings. Mounting frame. Possibility of powder coating in the colour of the RAL palette. Possible execution variants T1 damper with actuator, T2 damper with manual mechanism, T3 damper with the fitting for the actuator.
