Rollers can move pallets automatically across all distances in a facility. We design custom solutions with roller conveyors for a wide range of tasks — for both long distances and complex pathways. Our modular system makes this possible, allowing us to plan and implement tailor-made conveyor systems — either as entirely new builds or as upgrades for existing conveyor systems.
Roller conveyors are a continuous conveyor system without a pulling mechanism. Due to their robust design, they are ideal for moving goods with significant weight. It’s crucial that the items are stable, with a low center of gravity to prevent tipping, and have large surfaces for contact with the conveyor. This makes roller conveyors especially suited for large containers like drums, canisters, or palletized goods.
In addition to transporting items from one station to another in production facilities, roller conveyors can also be used for sorting or distributing pallets within storage systems.
The motion can be gravity-based or chain-driven. With various components, such as pallet transfer stations and curves in the conveyor path, systems can be built to fit most facilities.
We build conveyor systems using the following roller conveyor elements:
- Straight conveyor paths
- Curves with varying radii (30°/45°/60°/90°)
- Entry and exit guides
- Transfer units
Our roller conveyors are available in two versions: light-duty and heavy-duty. The difference lies in the roller diameter, making each suitable for either smaller, lighter goods or larger, heavier ones.
