We are pleased to announce a new product to our expanding electric actuator range with the launch of the LEJ Series. Designed to accommodate larger loads and drive mechanical excellence, the LEJ has a double axis linear guide, delivering high rigidity and optimum precision performance. It is available in two actuation types, the Ball screw drive LEJS and the Belt drive LEJB. With a low profile and low centre gravity construction, the LEJ has reduced its total height and weight by up to 36% and 37% respectively when compared to the LJ1 Series. And the compact design means the work-piece doesn't interfere with the motor. Other production and labour saving features include the ability to mount the main body of the LEJ without removing the external cover and a seal band covering the guide protects the actuator from grease splashes and foreign matter. Compatible with our AC Servo motor drivers, the LEJ is ideal for general industrial machinery requiring transportation such as pick and place, glue dispensing and high speed trajectory control applications.
