Description
The SMT-P300 micro welder directly melts metallic joints using high voltage electrical sparks, without having to use solder, paste or other chemicals. Micro welder joints are finer and stronger than regular soldering, and they have a lower impedance so they can keep up higher temperatures.
You can also connect enameled wires directly, with diameters from 0.02mm - 0.4mm onto metal connectors/circuit boards. They adjust and control the welding power/pressure with precision. For example, applications for micro welding include manufacturing/repairing of RF components, transformers, inductors, crystals, SMT speakers, chips and modules, PCB boards and micro motors.
