Range of in-line fans for circular ducts, designed for high airflow applications, with a compact design and very low noise levels. This product range is available in 7 different diameters and covers a flow range of 260 to 1080 m3/h. Its housing is made of galvanized steel, with the possibility of an epoxy finish upon request. The terminal box and mounting bracket do not increase the height of the product and guarantees an IP65 protection for electrical connections, for this reason the product can be installed outdoors. The product can be mounted in two positions to facilitate access to the terminal box. The impeller, guide vanes, and discharge diffuser are designed in injection-molded plastic to increase performance and reduce noise levels. The airtight seal between the galvanized steel housing and the plastic enclosure ensures high product tightness and prevents air leaks (less than 1% leakage). Rubber gaskets on the flanges improve product tightness with the ducts. A silent-block between the motor and the mounting bracket reduces motor vibrations and decreases noise levels in the installation, even in cases of speed regulation. It has electrical safety certification according to IEC 60335-1 & IEC 60335-2-80 issued by a notified body. Product dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940 grade G6.3. Motor Equipped with an EC motor: 230V ± 10% 50/60Hz, Class F, IP 44. Thermal protection with manual reset. Analog input to control the device with an external 0-10V signal. Speed 100% adjustable through a potentiometer located in the terminal box or through external control. Working temperature: -20/40 ºC.
