Description

Wire rope pulley block The light-weight series sizes for steel ropes are ideal devices for use during lifting and shifting loads, designed to facilitate the installation and maintenance of steel ropes. These components are made of durable and reliable materials, such as stainless steel or high strength alloys, to ensure durability and safety. Soltec sizes consist of a hook connected to a pulley through which the steel cable slides. Their main feature is the ability to be opened and closed without having to completely remove the rope, thus simplifying the installation and maintenance process. This design avoids the need to cut and weld the ends of the rope, reducing the risk of damage and improving work efficiency. Light series openable sizes are commonly used in applications such as industrial plants, cranes, elevators and other structures that require the use of steel ropes. The flanges are all openable, allowing quick and easy installation of the rope in the size. In addition, the hooks are swivel, which allows the pulley to automatically orient itself in the optimal direction for pulling, thus improving the efficiency and safety of lifting and pulling operations. In addition, the sizes have a safety coefficient of 4. Available in two versions that differ in the diameter of the rope and the pulley, for load capacity and dimensions: • with hook • with eye
