ShockWatch® 2 is a single-use, tamperproof impact indicator that turns red when a specific impact threshold is exceeded—signaling possible damage during transit or storage. It is field-armable and ideal for monitoring fragile items. Each indicator has a unique ID for traceability. ShockWatch® 2 is protected by U.S. Patents 8,234,994 and 9,423,312. Used during shipping, ShockWatch 2 flags items that may have been mishandled for inspection, helping to prevent unnoticed damage. It detects impact events from 2Gs to 75Gs with durations between 0.5–50 ms. The device operates between -13°F and 176°F, making it suitable for use in cargo holds, containers, and extreme environments.
