Description
The ASK series is manufactured by Stieber, and is a bearing-supported self-contained one-way clutch which has nominal outside dimensions that are the same as a 60.. series bearing. It has a torque transmission which guaranteed by a press fit on both the inner and outer race.
There is a standard clearance that is C4 due to the press fit, which has an interference tolerance on the freewheel dimensions. It permits a direct mounting in standard series 60.. bearing location, which the shaft tolerance should be h6 or j6.
The outer race is pressed into a compact casing to K6 tolerance, and the radial bearing load capacities are given in the table.
