The electronic and water mixing S3000 is designed for small or industrial bakeries . It has 2 inlets for hot and cold or chilled water. Each water supply is individualy controlled during the dosing. Compact, it is equipped with a last generation industrial sensor for a perfect temperature accuracy, even under 3 °C.
