Tipping station

The devices are designated for easy and comfortably lifting and turning of 200 l buggy. They consist of a column, motor with brake, drive system and fork. For safety reasons the loading system is performed by means of two chains. Upward movement begins after pressing Up button and continue till reaching end position. For downward movement the Down button must be hold pressed. The devices can be fixed or movable (only for max. turning height 2550 mm). The fork can be straight or turned at 90° and can be on the right or on the left side of the column. If turning height is over 3050 mm is required additional fixation to the wall or ceiling. The machines are made of stainless steel 1.4301, excluding runner, chains and their wheels, and comply with the Council Directives 2006/42/ЕС and 2006/95/EC, and USDA regulations.
