Single-thread overlock machine
The robust overlocking machine is used to sew the insoles to the shoe uppers. This Strobel method offers significant material savings compared to the conventional gusset method. Materials with up to 7 mm thickness can be processed with this machine. When the midsole is sewn in, the upper material is gathered with the holding device. As additional equipment various transport and pressing plates are available for processing children's shoes, narrow toe cap areas or particularly delicate sensitive materials, as well as devices for the string-lasting process (for cords up to 1.7 mm or 2.5 mm ø) or for California processing. The offer-range also includes a thread oiler.
