Single-thread overlock machine Programmable, single-thread overlock machine for sewing in insoles. This robust plate transport machine is used to sew insoles are sewn to the upper shaft. Compared to the traditional method of pinching, strobing produces much less waste. Both leather and fabric up to 7 mm thickness can be sewn with this machine. The machine is equipped with a stepper motor which drives the outer plate separately and thus allows a differential which allows up to 50% more material to be worked in easily and evenly. 100 programmes (50 right and 50 left shoes) can be stored and each programme can be contain up to 10 different differential sections. The necessary differential is programmed into each section. The programmes are stored in pairs, i.e. when the right-hand shoe is saved manually the left shoe is automatically stored as a mirror image. The programme mode allows you to work either in pairs or with only the right or only the left shoes. The optional pneumatic hold-in device further enhances the differential transport even more, which may be necessary for certain materials. The stepper motor can also be directly controlled by a foot pedal to adjust the differential during sewing.
