Description

The PCP-050 (0.050 ml/rev) is the most accurate mono component dosing system in the range of dosing systems. Due to its ultra-light weight and modular construction, it can be easily integrated into automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing processes. It can also be integrated into our 3-axis digitising tables. Designed for dispensing liquid or pasty products, it excels at dispensing abrasive materials, high-viscosity materials, materials with a high proportion of solids, single-component or two-component bases, the high-precision volumetric dispensing solution easily dispenses a wide range of products. Whatever the external environmental conditions (ambient temperature or temperature of the product to be dispensed), the precision of volumetric dispensing remains unchanged and guarantees very high dispensing reproducibility of ±1%. The range allows dispensing between 0.005 ml/rev and 15 ml/rev. There are different dispenser configurations depending on the component to be dispensed: -Standard (STD) for all conventional components, -HFS for dispensing filled materials, -PEEK for dispensing anaerobic glue.
