The two-component volumetric pumps allow the indexing of different types of cartridges (Euro cartridge 310cc, Semco 170cc, 340cc, 600cc and 900cc). These modules can be added to the dispenser to provide a complete, all-in-one solution. This solution offers a cartridge holder with cartridge body and cap, a capacitive level sensor, connections between the cartridge and the volumetric dispenser and an assembly plate to support the whole assembly. This cartridge holder configuration is available for all sizes of PDP volumetric pumps. Designed for dispensing liquid or pasty products, it excels at dispensing abrasive materials, high-viscosity materials, materials with a high proportion of solids, single-component or two-component bases, the high-precision volumetric dispensing solution easily dispenses a wide range of products. Whatever the external environmental conditions (ambient temperature or temperature of the product to be dispensed), the precision of volumetric dispensing remains unchanged and guarantees very high dispensing reproducibility of ±1%. The range allows dispensing between 0.005 ml/rev and 15 ml/rev.
