Description

Overview
Developed and manufactured by SUTEAU-ANVER, this laminating machine is designed for heat bonding (thermal fusion of one face of each sheet) of two PE sheets. Other thermoplastic materials available on request. Sheets can be fed and discharged manually or by optional automatic systems.

Technical features
Frame
Tubular painted welded frame with adjustable leveling feet.

Lower entrance plate
Lower entrance plate in punched sheet metal; corner manually adjustable from 0° to -10°. Two lateral guides manually adjustable to adapt to different sheet widths.

Upper entrance plate
Upper entrance plate in punched sheet metal; height manually adjustable to accommodate various sheet thicknesses. Two lateral guides manually adjustable.

Heating nozzle
Heating nozzle fixed at the end of the upper plate (in front of the calender) to melt the material before bonding. Nozzle temperature adjustable on the control panel from 50 to 250 °C (other ranges on request). Nozzle height adjustable manually.

Calender
The laminating unit comprises 8 motorized rollers (4 upper and 4 lower) driven by a gearmotor. Roller opening is manually adjustable (lower rollers fixed, upper rollers adjustable). Collect table (exit) length: 2.5 m.

Advance speed: adjustable from 1 to 10 m/min (other specifications indicate 3 to 15 m/min via potentiometer on the control panel).
Nozzle temperature at outlet: adjustable from 50 to 250 °C (other ranges on request).
Thickness for laminating: adjustable from 20 to 300 mm.
Upper entrance plate height: manual adjustment.
Upper entrance plate angle: manual adjustment from 15° to 20°.
Lower entrance plate angle: manual adjustment from 0° to -10°.

Pneumatic supply: dry air, 6 bar.
