Description

Overview
For many years SUTEAU-ANVER has manufactured glue-transfer laminating machines (for example, laminating a silicone support previously adhesived with foam) and also designs and supplies complete laminating lines that deposit HOTMELT adhesive by slot-type (lip) nozzles directly onto the material or support. The line is configured for continuous industrial production and integrates a ROBATECH slot-nozzle gluing system.

Main advantages
  • Precise control of deposited adhesive weight (grammage)
  • Adjustable deposit width for process flexibility

Line configuration and components
The line is engineered and built by SUTEAU-ANVER and includes a ROBATECH slot-nozzle gluing unit.
  • Paper and PE unwinder at the start of the process
  • Foam unwinder
  • Anti-static regulator to neutralize static charges
  • Spreader bar to guide rollers and maintain web alignment
  • Automatically regulated system that deposits HOTMELT adhesive onto the paper/support
  • Double roller laminating unit to press and advance the laminated web
  • Rewinding unit to collect the finished product

Applications
  • Laminating of soft materials, including silicone supports previously glued with foam and other flexible substrates

Characteristics / technical specifications
  • Gluing system: ROBATECH slot-type (lip) nozzle system
