The sheet extrusion unit is a combination of extruder, three roll calendar, haul-off unit, winder (including waste sheet winder)and electric control cabinet. This equipment can be used for the extrusion production of various small sheets. Suitable materials: PA PE PP Sheet width: can be customized according to customer requirements Sheet thickness: 0.2~5mm (can be customized according to customer requirements) The main production process of the sheet equipment: extruder-T-type head-three-roll calender-trimming-coiling / cutting. In order to meet the special needs of different customers, our company has developed various test sheet lines, suitable for single-layer and multi-layer co-extrusion of most materials.
