Cold Box Resin binder system consists of three parts: Part I Phenolic Resin, Part II Polymeric Isocyanate, Part III Triethylamine. Performance advantages: Benefits for users: Less resin addition rate, lower technical requirement, less consumption of mold releasing agent and cleaning agent, lower shooting pressure, higher strength, less cleanups, higher utilization, lower rejection rate, better working circumstance, more environmental friendly. How to use Prepare essential technical process unit (core shooter, amine gas generator, etc.). Provide qualified technical equipment (core box, shooting plate, blowing plate, etc.) . Choose suitable original sand, Triethylamine, coating, etc. Normal resin addition rate is 1-1.6%, ratio Part I: Part II varies 50-55: 50-45. Choose proper technical parameters on core making, such as temperature, pressure, time, water, etc. Packing and Storage Seal in 200L iron drum with 220kg net weight, or IBC tank with 1000kg net weight. Resin should be stored in well-ventilated room at temperature of 10-30℃, avoid water, fire source, heat source and direct sunshine.
