Overview
The V3 rectangular separator provides selectable elliptical or linear motion via a simple switch. Linear motion improves solids conveyance and throughput; elliptical motion offers gentler handling and extended screen life. The machine features a sanitary, compact interior and a design that minimizes moving parts for low maintenance.
Paper Coating CIP Rectangular Shaker
The SWECO Paper Coating Rectangular Shaker is designed to filter slurried coating components, blended virgin coatings and return coatings containing fiber contaminants. By removing grit and fiber, the SWECO separator helps reduce scratches and defects in coated paper. SWECO supplies three options for the pulp & paper sector: RM-CIP, UM-CIP and V3-CIP Rectangular Separators.

The V3-CIP drive is configurable to produce either elliptical or linear motion. The patented drive generates high g-force for improved conveyance and higher throughput. CIP features and the modular construction facilitate cleaning between runs; surfaces can be polished to eliminate crevices. A hinged cover simplifies screen changes.
