Description
The Disc Screen is a high-performance particle size sorting solution designed for demanding recycling environments. Thanks to a dynamic screening table with rotating shafts and a synchronised staggered kinematic system, this equipment ensures precise and continuous separation of materials according to their size, rigidity and flexibility.

• Adjustable frame length: Bespoke configuration with a usable length ranging from 2 ml to 4 ml depending on the required throughput and available space
• Customisable mesh range: Factory-configurable orifices and spacings to calibrate mesh sizes from 0.30 mm to 100 mm (for a standard screened particle size range of 0 to 30/40 mm)
• Types of screening discs: Choice between hexagonal steel discs (high abrasion resistance, removable as half-discs for quick replacement) or rubber-lined discs
• Upper protective cover: System of sealed covers mounted on gas springs to secure the area. Opening is facilitated by a star-shaped knob and incorporates magnetic sensors that instantly shut down the machine upon opening
