Description

Our feed silo is optimized acccording to EUROCODE 1.4. Backed by 35 years of experience, state of art production and technical team that allow to adapt the silo´s design and capacity and transport system to required demand. RAW MATERIAL: It is made of corrugated galvanized steel.The Galvanization of our silos is Z600g/m2 in accordance with UNE-EN 36130. WIDE RANGE OF PRODUCTS: Capacity from 4.77m³ to 85m³, in 6 different diameters of 1.8, 2.10, 2.55, 2.75, 3.2 and 3.8 m. and with 45º, 60º and 67º hoppers. To complete the offer we have a range of accessories and unloading solutions. CALCULATION OF THE STRUCTURE: We comply with the EUROCODE 1 part 4 standards. The manufacturing is also in accordance with the EC Certificate. The constant investment in technology has allowed for manufacturing automation to achieve the highest quality standards. BENEFITS: Conservation of food properties Our higher than market standard galvanization in combination with the corrugation of the sheet reduce temperature changes inside and prevent condensation. Flashings. The curvature of the edge of the sheet prevents water from entering the hopper and the boot.
