Product overviewPTC Heat Conductors of the LCH series are self-regulating PTC heating elements available in multiple sizes and mounting options. Designed for medium-to-low temperature applications, they combine PTC self-regulation with finned convection or fan-assisted air heating variants to accommodate electronic and appliance heating needs.

Multi-Stage HeatingOptional multi-stage heating (2- or 3-stage) is available for LCH types to provide selectable temperature levels in a single unit, improving flexibility in temperature control.

Application notes- PTC power and surface temperature depend on ambient temperature, airflow and heat-sink/contact conditions.
- Under low dissipation (no airflow) surface temperature may approach Curie temperature and power reduces; under high dissipation power increases to regulate temperature.
- Maximum listed power refers to conditions near maximum surface temperature; delivered power in real applications typically ranges from ~5% to ~80% of maximum depending on dissipation method.
- Actual performance varies with contact material, heat sink, area, ambient conditions and installation.
- Customization for lead exits, fixture holes, connectors, fin shape and electrical ratings is available.

Wire output & design optionsStandard and optional configurations: one-sided or two-sided wire outlet, wires with connectors or female crimps, stainless steel fixture plate, three-phase wire outlet, customized fixture holes and lead exit locations. Length, height, width and fin design can be tailored.
Available LCH-M models (selected examples)Model examples with nominal length and temperature options: LCH-MX1024 (L = 60 mm nominal; temperature options 230°C ±20°C, 200°C ±20°C, 170°C ±20°C, 110°C ±20°C, 90°C ±20°C). Multiple suffixes (MX10xx, MX20xx, MX30xx, MX40xx) cover different length/power/temperature combinations across the 12 V–600 V range.
