TYHI has designed and manufactured more than thousands of ladle cranes for the steel mill in China and abroad. 90% of the ladle cranes with a capacity above 300t are supplied by TYHI in the domestic market. The 520t ladle crane for Zhanjiang plant, Baosteel, is the biggest ladle crane in China and is one of the cranes with state of the art technology. The ladle crane is mainly used to handle hot metal in the steel smelting plant and iron smelting plant. Application Ladle crane is mainly used for charging liquid metal into converter in the charging bay, handling hot smelting steel to the refining furnace in the refining bay or handling the hot smelting steel to the ladle turret. The crane operates in the high ambient temperature & dusty environment, so the working duty and safety requirements are very high.
