CDQ lifter is installed on the rail above CDQ derrick. It is one of the key equipment of coke quenching system. TYHI has supplied more than 200 sets dry quenching lifters for coking plant, which can be used for all kinds of coke ovens. The maximum capacity is 260t/h. It is with advantages of automatic operation, precise positioning, energy feedback and so on. The operation rail is about 50m high in the open air, with harsh working environment, high frequency and strict working duty. Specification: Environment: outdoor, upper air, dusty and high temperature Application The lifter is automatic operated equipment for transporting red coke to dry quenching tower. Its main purpose is to lift the coke bucket loaded with red coke under the hoisting derrick to the top of the derrick, walk along the track above the CDQ tower, transport the red coke bucket to the top of the specific CDQ tower loading device, then slowly roll down the red coke bucket on the loading device, the bottom gate of the coke bucket is automatically open, and load the red coke into the quenching tower, after the coke is loaded, the empty coke bucket is rolled up and returned to the top of the hoisting derrick, then the empty coke bucket is rolled down and sent back to the carrier to receive the coke.
