Application Our oil film bearings are installed in back-up roll assembly (or work roll assembly), to bear the rolling pressure and ensure low-energy-consumption performance of the rolls. Features 01.TYHI has constantly been researching and developing in oil film bearing theory, material and structure with internationally leading technology. For different rolling mill characteristics, TYHI can provide customized oil film bearing solutions. TYHI has its own oil film bearing research institute and oil film bearing engineering laboratory, and has compiled and set up China National Standard of Oil Film Bearing for Rolling Mills. 02.TYHI is capable of producing 1000 sets of oil film bearings annually with specifications ranging from diameter 160mm to 2000mm. Advanced equipment such as large vertical grinding center, intelligent alloy welding center and so on, are used in the manufacturing process, and advanced technology is developed to guarantee the performance accuracy of oil film bearing products. For example, the surface grinding technology can make sure that the sleeve surface roughness reaches Ra 0.02~0.05, and the Babbitt alloy welding technology can make sure that the alloy bond strength reaches above 80MPa.
