BGL860 is a two-phase hybrid stepper motor driver based on DSP control, which is a new generation of digital stepper motor driver. The driving voltage is AC18V-80V/DC24-110V, suitable for various models of two-phase hybrid stepper motors with current below 6.0A and outer diameter of 57-86mm. Smooth operation with minimal vibration and noise. The maximum positioning accuracy can reach 51200 steps per revolution. This product is widely used in woodworking carving machines, wire harness processing equipment, packaging machinery, advertising equipment, medical devices, and industrial robots. Drive current 2.0A/phase to 6.0A/phase adjustable in 8 levels, single power input, voltage range: AC18V-80V/DC24-110V Equipped with 16 levels of equal angle constant moment subdivision, with a maximum resolution of 51200 steps per revolution The maximum response frequency can reach 200Kpps When the step pulse stops for more than 1.5 seconds, the coil current automatically decreases to half of the set current, and the photoelectric isolation signal is input/output
