Over more than 40 years, Etxepe has specialised in medium and large work with high and specific quality requirements, particularly in relation to the most demanding geometric tolerances. The structures of machines, bases, columns, tables, carriages, rams, etc. must have very precise geometries, as the guiding that is made according to these geometries defines the level of precision of the machine. This is a usual requirement in the machine tool sector, which is precisely our specialty. We are highly efficient in unit parts and small series. We repeatedly make very similar parts, in which attention is required, and ensure quality as if they were unique pieces. The costs demanded by this task are usually too high for production in medium and large series. 9 MACHINES. 3 SHIFTS. 24 HOURS. MONDAY TO FRIDAY. We work in 8-9 production machines in 3 shifts, 24 hours a day, except weekends, with the sole aim of delivering a good service with good deadlines, a prime requirement today. We excel in quality and obtain the quality levels required by the plan, guaranteed by the appropriate means and their corresponding control and certification sheet. UP TO 15000 mm. UP TO 40 TONNES OF WEIGHT. Our range of machinery can reach up to pieces of 15,000 x 3,800 x 2,000 mm and up to 40 tonnes in weight. All our machines and equipment undergo geometric laser inspections or annual calibrations to guarantee the quality of the work carried out with them. We also have a CAD/CAM system with options for 2D and 3D programming.
