The TFS 1000 sets new standards in extraction technology with 1.4 kW motor power for outstanding air performance. It is available in two versions, Standard and Standard Plus, and meets the high safety standards of the IFA in accordance with DIN ISO 15012-1 (2013) and 15012-4 (2016). It can be individually configured with customizable extraction arms and spark extinguishers. Developed for automation processes and laser applications, the TFS 1000 is particularly suitable for removing laser fumes and dust. The SafeLine filters in a closed housing optimize handling and maximize filter service life. The system facilitates quick and safe filter changes and protects against contamination while effectively filtering heavier particles. The system is characterized by a large filter surface, which contributes to a longer service life. Filter changes are simple and tool-free, and SafeLine and particle filters can be replaced separately. The activated charcoal filter can also be changed independently. Individual filter monitoring simplifies maintenance and helps to save costs. Other features include low-contamination dust disposal, a molecular sieve for gaseous pollutants, the option of air recirculation or external exhaust air ducting and a special filter concept for ultra-fine particles and clean air. The choice of motor enables optimum adaptation to local conditions. The Inspire interface and Sub-D 25 control system offer intuitive operation and comprehensive monitoring options for efficient and safe operation.
