Floor-standing fume extractor FP 213

The FP 213 extraction system is an advanced solution for industrial dedusting and is particularly suitable for processing plastics, mixing, or transferring powders and substances in sensitive areas such as the food, pharmaceutical and medical industries, as well as for dedusting in the packaging or paper industry. Due to a contamination-free, patented filter change and self-cleaning filter cartridges that remove dust by means of compressed air blasts, the FP 213 offers a significantly longer service life compared to conventional systems with saturation filters. The system enables easy dust removal through a removable dust collection container and ensures a high degree of adaptability to different areas of application through application-dependent filter and motor selection. The special cleaning control contributes to a considerable extension of the filter cartridges’ service life. In addition, the option of equipping the system with activated carbon granulate offers high adsorption power for even more effective air purification. Technically, the FP 213 supports an air volume flow of 700 m³/h and an effective air volume flow of 100 - 550 m³/h at a maximum static pressure of 15000 Pa. The system operates with a voltage of 230 V, a frequency of 50/60 Hz and a motor power of 1.8 kW. With a sound level of approx. 68 db(A) and a brushless motor, it offers quiet and efficient operation. Available in different versions, including a basic model with antistatic filter cartridge (dust class M) and extended filter surface with an H14 particle filter, the FP 213 is a versatile and reliable choice for demanding industrial applications that require efficient and safe dust extraction.
