The GX Small marking station is a machine designed for benchtop use. It uses fibre laser technology to guarantee fast, attractive and permanent marking on all types of materials (metals and plastics). Designed for benchtop use, the GX Small laser engraver fits easily into any production environment thanks to its compact design. The marking head, box and controller are all made from aluminium, making them extremely strong yet lightweight. Its top handles make it easy to move around. The controller, which is also compact, can be placed and fixed on the station or positioned close by (up to 3 m away). Its design provides superior ergonomics for the user. Its detachable remote control can be used to manage various parameters (Z axis movement speed, start/stop marking, lighting management). Its L-shaped side opening provides easy access to parts. Its controller has several connectors: Ethernet and USB ports. An accessory can be connected (smoke extractor, rotary axis). The GX Small's Ethernet ports enable it to exchange data with an internal network or control the machine using a field network (Ethernet/IP or Profinet). The GX Small marking station comes with advanced control software for all types of marking (alphanumeric, timestamp, logo, 1D and 2D codes and images). Several licences are available. The “Read & Verify” function, coupled with a reader, enables marked codes to be read and verified.
