Description
RINSING TUNNEL WITH MAINS WATER
Tunnel in which the brine is rinsed off the surface of the cheeses that have been salted. It is situated on a conveyor belt and can be followed by a blowing system with an air curtain to remove the surface water. Adapted to the production of each customer.
